our ceramic coating process
STEP 01
decontamination
We thoroughly clean your car's exterior from top to bottom with special car soaps and scrubbers. We use an iron remover and clay bar to remove the "stuck-on" contaminants. This results in a spotless car ready for the next steps.
STEP 02
MACHINE POLISH
Machine polishing (paint correction) permanently removes defects in the clear coat of your paint. These include "swirl marks", "cobwebs", paint fallout, and oxidization. Using our two-step paint correction we aim to remove 85%+ of paint defects.
STEP 03
PAINT JEWEL
After polishing there is a haze left over. This is removed and embedded into the paint using a microfiber towel and ceramic gloss. This process gives the paint a shiny appearance and further smooths the paint while decreasing imperfections.
STEP 04
SEALANT APPLICATION
The final process is applying a ceramic coating. We use a foam pad for application, specially made for ceramic coatings. After application, we wait six hours for the coating to harden.
